NEW: US President Donald Trump and Chinese Communist Party (CCP) General Secretary Xi Jinping held a summit in Washington, DC, from September 22 to 24. The United States and People’s Republic of China (PRC) agreed to increase cooperation in a number of sectors and extend the US-PRC trade truce another two months.
